Alcohol consumption is permitted at private events, provided that the hosts obtain a one-day temporary events liquor license (often referred to as an FL-6 or equivalent local permit) from the local Excise Department. Every event venue booking automatically includes access to our private, premium Farm Cabin. This cozy, air-conditioned cabin is perfect as a bridal changing suite or a relaxing space for the family during the event. It features a spacious double bed, comfortable seating, an attached modern bathroom, and a private veranda overlooking the river. Additional overnight stays can also be booked independently or as part of a destination wedding package.

For independent farm cabin stay bookings, our standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM the following morning. For event bookings, the cabin timing is synchronized with your event slot. We can accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests if there are no overlapping bookings, though additional fees may apply.

To respect our surrounding nature and local community guidelines, amplified music (including DJs, live bands, and loud speakers) is governed by local regulatory limits. Music volume must be lowered or completely turned off by 10:00 PM. Unamplified light acoustic music, soft ambient play, or indoor cabin celebrations can continue beyond this limit. We recommend scheduling high-energy items earlier in your program.

Traditional ceremonial fire (such as a wedding Hawan or Pooja) is permitted in designated safe areas on the lawn with proper protection under the fire pit. However, high-noise firecrackers are strictly prohibited to protect local wildlife and domestic animals. Eco-friendly cold pyros, flower showers, and smoke effects are allowed on stage with prior notification.

Our cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the reservation type (lawn event bookings vs. independent farm cabin stays) and the timeframe of the request relative to the event date.
